Domestic | USA: For orders under $100, shipping within the continental US and Hawaii is a flat $3.95 rate. For orders $100 +, shipping is free – enter OVER100 at checkout and the shipping charge will be removed.
We ship orders via USPS First-Class mail with tracking. California residents will be charged sales tax at check-out. Shipping to Canada for orders under $100 is a flat $6 rate.
International | Canada: For orders under $100, shipping to Canada is a flat $5 rate. For orders $100 +, shipping is free – enter OVER100 at checkout and the shipping charge will be removed. We ship international orders via USPS First-Class international mail with tracking.
International | UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand: For orders under $100, shipping to the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand is a flat $7.50 rate. VAT & Customs Fees for International Deliveries: Please note we cannot be responsible for any customs/VAT fees your package might incur nor can guarantee an exact arrival date as your package must clear customs first. The exact price of the jewelry is listed on the shipping form and cannot be altered. Please be aware of the specific customs policies for your country before placing an order. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? Orders ship from our sunny studio in Northern California in three business days. You will receive an email when your package is posted with the tracking information.
WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE? The majority of orders sent to US addresses arrive within 7 days from the date of shipment receipt. If your package headed to a US address hasn’t been received by 7 days of the shipment receipt, please contact us. For international orders, the average transit time is 10-14 days.
DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS? We do accept custom orders on a limited basis. Please contact us to discuss what you have in mind.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? We want you to be 100% happy with your jewelry! If your jewelry isn’t exactly what you expected, please contact us right away. We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs are non-nonrefundable. If something happens to your jewelry beyond the scope of normal wear, please feel free to contact us at any time to see if a repair is possible.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT PACKAGING? CAN YOU SEND MY ORDER AS A GIFT? Every Remy and Me. order will arrive beautifully packaged. Your jewelry will be safely tucked in a logo kraft box tucked into a fabric pouch. We are more than happy to send your order as a gift (please note the recipient’s name and address in the notes section when you are checking out).
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CARE FOR MY JEWELRY? When getting dressed and you’re ready to put on your jewelry: “last on, first off” is always a good rule to follow. Storing your jewelry in an air-tight plastic baggie will help slow-down/prevent the natural oxidation that naturally occurs with metals. Polishing the metal on your jewelry occasionally with a polishing cloth (we like Sunshine polishing cloths) will keep your piece looking shiny and bright (avoid the stones and pearls though). Please do not shower, workout or swim in your jewelry (the only exception might be if your piece is composed 100% of sterling silver with no stones or pearls and still, we would err on the side of caution). Remember we are always here to answer any questions you have about caring for your piece. For necklaces that are chain or hand-knotted on cord, we highly recommend storing them flat, hanging or wrapped gently around a small card (such as a business card) to keep them from getting tangled.

HOW DO DIFFERENT NECKLACE LENGTHS LOOK WORN? WHAT LENGTH NECKLACE SHOULD I ORDER? We suggest measuring your favorite necklace to find your ideal length. 17″ is a nice, general size for many women, however please refer to the image below to see how different lengths fall on an average woman.
